Intake Manifold Replace on Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon?

The Procedure mentioned here is common for Both GMC and Chevrolet car models.

The details are  mentioned with complete step by step procedure and Required help diagrams.

In take manifold Replacing procedure is as follows:-----

1. Remove or disconnect the following: 
   
   
   Negative battery cable

   Air intake assembly

   Throttle body

   Battery and battery box

   Dipstick and tube

   Brake booster hose

   Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor connector and harness retainer

   PCV tube

   Alternator

   Engine wiring harness retainer

   Upper 2 engine wiring harness bracket bolts

   Raise and support vehicle

   Left front wheel

   Left front fender inner liner

   Wiring harness retainers for battery cable, engine and MAP sensor

   Engine wiring harness bracket from the intake manifold

   Intake manifold bolts

   Lower the vehicle

   Intake manifold and gasket

To install:

1. Install or connect the following:
   
   
   Intake manifold with new gasket

   Raise and support the vehicle

   Tighten the intake manifold bolts, working from the center outward, to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm)

   Engine wiring harness bracket

   Wiring harness retainers for the battery cable, engine and MAP sensor

   Left front fender inner liner

   Left front wheel

   Lower the vehicle

   Upper 2 engine wiring harness bracket bolts

   Engine wiring harness retainer

   Alternator

   PCV tube

   MAP sensor connector and harness retainer

   Brake booster hose

   Dipstick and tube

   Throttle body

   Negative battery cable
2. Start the engine and check for leaks.
