Dodge Durango and Chrysler Aspen Blower motor removing details.
The procedure for both Front and rear blower motor replacing.
The details are as follows:---
The FRONT blower motor replacing:----
Remove the right front door sill trim panel.
Remove the right side interior cowl trim cover.
Disconnect the wire harness connector from the blower motor.
Remove the three screws that secure the blower motor and blower wheel assembly to the HVAC (Heater, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) housing.
Remove the blower motor and blower wheel assembly from the HVAC housing.
To install:
Position the blower motor and blower wheel assembly into the HVAC housing.
Install the three screws that secure the blower motor and blower wheel assembly to the HVAC housing. Tighten the screws to 2.2 Nm (20 inch lbs.).
Connect the wire harness connector to the blower motor.
Install the right side interior cowl trim cover.
Install the right front door sill trim panel.
Reconnect the negative battery cable.

REAR Blower Motor Removal:---
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Drain the engine cooling system into a clean container for reuse.
- Recover the refrigerant from the refrigerant system.
- Remove or disconnect the following:
Negative battery cableRear quarter trim panel, as necessaryRight rear quarter trim panelA/C suction and discharge lines. Install plugs in, or tape over, the opened refrigerant line fittings.Heater hoses from the rear auxiliary heater coreElectrical connectors, as necessaryDrain valveRear auxiliary heater assembly-to-chassis nuts and boltsRear auxiliary heater assemblyBlower motor from the heater assembly - Installation is the reverse of removal.
