Auxiliary Heating & Air Conditioning Blend Door Actuator Removal?

The procedure mentioned in this section is for Chevrolet Avalanche,Chevy Express Van, and GM Savana Car models.

Blend Door Actuator Replacing procedure with details and diagrams is as follows :-----

1. Remove the left rear quarter trim panel.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the actuator.
3. Remove the retaining screws from the actuator.
4. Remove the inner actuator from the vehicle.
5. Remove the outer actuator from the vehicle.

To install:

1. Install the outer actuator to the vehicle.
2. Install the inner actuator to the vehicle.
3. Install the retaining screws to the actuator.
4. Connect the electrical connector to the actuator.
5. Install the left rear quarter trim panel.
