Control Panel Removal for Equinox and Torrent?

The details mentioned here in this chapter are for control panel replacing.
The procedure is for Chevrolet Equinox and Pontiac Torrent car models.

The step by step control panel removal procedure with diagrams is as follows:-----

1. Remove the instrument panel center trim bezel.
2. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
3. Remove the control panel mounting screws and remove the control panel from the trim bezel.
4. Installation is the reverse order of removal.
5. Calibrate the control panel as follows:
   1. Calibrate the mode actuators by simultaneously pushing the A/C and RECIRC buttons on the HVAC control module 3 times each, within 2 seconds of initial push.
   2. Calibrate the mode actuators by simultaneously pushing the A/C and RECIRC buttons on the HVAC control module 3 times each, within 2 seconds of initial push.
      
      NOTE

      The A/C and RECIRC button LED's will flash while this calibration is taking place.
      
      
      
      NOTE

      The calibration will take anywhere between 10-30 seconds depending on battery voltage.
      
      
      
      NOTE

      The LED's will stop flashing when the calibration is complete.
   3. Cycle the ignition and verify proper operation.
