Blend Door Actuator REMOVAL & INSTALLATION?

The Procedure mentioned here is for GMC Suburban, Yukon, Chevrolet Tahoe, Cadillac Escalade 2005-2007 Year car model.

The procedure is as follows:---

1. Remove the right rear quarter trim panel.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the actuator.
3. Remove the retaining screws from the actuator.
4. Remove the mode actuator from the housing.

To install:

1. Install the mode actuator to the housing.
2. Install the retaining screws to the actuator and tighten to 14 inch lbs. (1.6 Nm).
3. Connect the electrical connector to the actuator.
4. Install the right rear quarter trim panel.
5. Calibrate the HVAC module actuators, if required.
